Do you come to my place of residence?

Yes! If you’re located in Edmonton, I come to you in the hopes of decreasing your pet(s) and your stress by keeping them in their own environment and keeping to their usual routine.

Do you take care of all kinds of pets?

I certainly do! Doesn’t matter if they have paws or not ;) In the past, I’ve cared for fish, birds, rabbits, lizards, and gerbils.

Do you send photos and updates?

Yes, I send 2-3 photos a day or even more, depending on what you’d like! I also like to include a message each day when meds have been given (if they’re needed) including pictures and details from walks and meal times.

Do you charge for extra walks if they’re necessary?

Yes, just because I provide a morning and evening walk already with your booking, and if more walks are required, I would need to commute back and forth more frequently.

What do you have in place if you have an emergency (can’t fulfill my booking)?

I have numerous trusted and reviewed friends who can step in if I cannot provide the care agreed upon for your booking! They come with their own references and reviews!

Do you extend bookings if needed?

Yes! I’m more than willing to extend a booking, especially because life happens, but I can only provide an extension if I’m not already booked.

What do your overnight stays look like?

During overnight stays, I stay with your pet to provide loving care around the clock. While I work during the day, your pet’s routine includes:

• Morning walk and breakfast (with medications given if needed)

• Playtime and attention throughout the day

• Dinner and an evening walk

I strive to make sure your pet feels at home in their environment and stick closely to their usual routine to keep them comfortable and happy. I also love sending pictures and videos to keep you connected and reassured while you’re away. While providing attentive care to your pet, I also prioritize the well-being of your home. This includes watering plants, collecting parcels, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring everything is in order. Additionally, I offer grocery shopping services for an extra fee, helping to provide you with peace of mind during your time away. This comprehensive approach ensures your pet and home receive the thoughtful, reliable care they deserve while you’re away.

Why do you have a different rate for puppies?

Puppies require extra attention, patience, and gentle guidance as they grow and learn. My puppy care includes regular playtime, socialization, basic training reinforcement, frequent potty breaks, and lots of love to help your puppy feel safe and happy. I tailor activities to suit your puppy’s age and energy level, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and consistency.

What does Cat Care look like?

Cat Care I provide attentive and calm care tailored to your cat’s unique personality and needs. This includes feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and affection to keep your cat comfortable and content while you’re away. If your cat is anxious or shy, I prioritize their comfort by allowing them to approach me on their own terms, creating a calm and trusting environment.

What do you do during drop in visits?

Drop-in visits provide loving and reassuring care for your pet while you’re away or facing life’s unexpected curveballs. During each 30-minute visit, I’ll take your pet for a walk, play with them, feed them, clean their litter box, and gently administer any medications needed. My goal is to keep your pet feeling safe, happy, and comforted until you’re home again.
